About: The Rosamond Substation created the Off-Highway Enforcement Team. The Substation is located on the southeastern end of Kern County and borders the cities of Lancaster and Palmdale in Los Angeles County. It serves approximately 20,000 residents. The substation shares the law enforcement services for Edward Air Force Base with Boron Substation.
